Workers’ Compensation Office Adjudication

The program will be a presentation by the Statewide Director of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication, Joseph DeRita, Esq., Central District Judge Manager, Honorable Robert Goduto, and 2 local workers compensation Judges (to be named) on the state of the Workers’ Compensation Office Adjudication as we work our way out of the COVID-19 necessitated restrictions, re-opening hearing offices, best practices for continued use of remote proceedings, and knowing your audience by keeping current on individual judge’s procedural rules.
